    Summer Plans

I highly doubt that anyone reads this, but for anyone who might, I am doing a few things this summer.

    1. Taking two classes in the first summer session at NCSU: Nutrition 301 and Spanish 102. both are pretty interesting! I have high hopes for a successful semester.

    2. Driving a friend to driver's ed. It's a good job for a week and fits with my schedule!

    3. Taking Spanish 201 during the second summer session at NCSU.

    4. Going to the beach as much as possible. I like sun and bathing suits!

    5. Planning a trip to Washington, DC and NYC the second week of August. I think it'll work out pretty well!

Then I have to think about real life, such as trying to get an internship???, graduating, perfecting my resume, obtaining a permanent job, finding a place to live, and probably marrying off various friends of mine. Oh, and avoiding scumbags.

Well, I hope that everyone out there is doing well! Later.

  • Florida!

Had a lovely time in Florida with Beth and some other friends! Of course there was some drama, too... but really what can you expect with four people in one car for 12 hours one way?

The beach was DIVINE. Loved the sunsets. We would sit outside for 30 minutes just watching the clouds, sun, sand, and water slowly change drastically, even though it was typically freezing cold by then. Also, Beth and I were determined to enjoy the sun during the middle of the day and even went swimming in the ocean for long periods of time (meaning around 30 minutes). The grandparent's beach house was full of character and worked quite well!

In short, I miss being there. But now I have lots of projects to complete. Love!

I guess I could say lots of surface things.

or... I'm busy at school, worried about finances, stressed about intermediate financial accounting which has more homework than any class should ever require, can't eat without wanting to regurgitate, argue a lot, and i'm lonely most of the time. i do make an effort to be with great friends, though!

sometimes i feel like i'll never be able to get out of the situations i'm in either because of myself or other people. does anyone else feel like that? i get pretty desperate. wouldn't mind constructive comments about coping with situations.

what is a good balance anyway? is that for only a few people to experience in life?

a lot of things in my life are really good, though. AE feeds me! charity and AE are great yoga/pilates partners and motivate me to go to church, rebekah is fun to talk to, karoline has a new apartment and lets me visit her, Joanne helps me a lot with homework and is all around a great friend, beth is a great study buddy as well, i am making new classmate buddies this semester, and renewing old acquaintanceship/friendships at NCSU. so there is not so much to be concerned about.

    Stomach, listen:
food is good. good. food. food is good.

  • This summer has been filled with lots of stuff to do! I miss lots of people, though...

    School
    Work
    Homework
    etc.
Is not the most healthy combination of things to do.

    if you add in
    PE course
    School
    Work
    Homework
    Sleep
    Then it gets better, but

    PE course
    School
    Work
    Homework
Lots of seeing friends on the weekends
    Would be even better!

Facebook if you want to do something with me or a group of friends!

Edit: I have a week of class and then I'm going to basically be gone till Sunday the 6th of July, but then after that I will be more than happy to do something fun some of these evenings!
